Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation voucher is issued. All prices are in UAE Dirhams and include VAT where applicable. Please ensure your contact details are correct for smooth pick-up coordination.Age and Participation Restrictions

Dune bashing is an off-road desert experience that involves driving across uneven and sandy terrain. This activity is not recommended for:- Pregnant women
- Individuals with serious back or neck conditions
- Children under the age of three
Self Drive Dune Buggy and Quad Bike
Participants who wish to drive a dune buggy or quad bike must meet the following criteria:- Minimum age requirement is sixteen years
- No driving license is required for off-road desert driving
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple and fair:- Full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour start time are non-refundable
- Failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point on time will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable
Weather and Operational Changes
Dune bashing tours are subject to weather conditions. In the event of a sandstorm or heavy rain, the company reserves the right to cancel the tour for safety reasons. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.Liability and Assumption of Risk
